What is a 360º feedback

It is an objective and effective method of assessment of work behaviour of managers based on a feedback of colleagues, superiors, subordinates, and, respectively, customers, too.
Various points of view of assessors enable to learn the level of individual competencies of the person being assessed and provide a higher complexity and objectiveness of information acquired.
360º feedback is a convenient tool in the performance management of managers and their personal development.

Methodology

An assessing group – coworkers will be allocated to the person being assessed and such a group will provide him/her a feedback.
The group comprises approximately of 8 – 10 persons and includes the superior, subordinates, colleagues, perhaps clients. Each member of the assessing group will fill out the same online questionnaire on the Internet where he/she comments on work behaviour of the person being assessed. The assessed person will also fill out the same questionnaire about himself/herself.
